we created this animated video in collaboration with real estate agent and consultant petra totev. the spot aims to showcase the protagonist’s professional work and encourage viewers to reach out with confidence whenever they need expert help or advice in the real estate market.

visually, the project features 2d cut-out animation, with both the artistic concept and layouts developed digitally. although the story follows the interaction between the character janko and petra herself, the key element is the clear infographic illustrating petra’s workflow. the overall color palette was carefully adapted to match the client’s existing online communication and visual identity. dynamic transitions and a clean graphic style ensure that essential information remains clear and memorable for the viewer. the result is a functional explainer that humanizes professional consulting and bridges the gap to the end customer’s needs.
