macko dobroočko

macko dobroocko is the main protagonist of a heartwarming charity campaign for kaufland, created in collaboration with úsmev ako dar. the animated spot tells a story of selflessness and friendship, dominated by the beautiful illustrations of adrián macho. the campaign’s goal was not only to evoke christmas emotions but, above all, to support a good cause and spread the message of mutual help.

our task was to set adrián’s unmistakable style into motion. our work included the complete creation of layouts that defined the composition of each scene. the animation itself was built on a combination of 2d techniques, with an emphasis on preserving the texture and delicacy of the original illustrations.

a key part was the precise compositing, where we layered individual elements to achieve depth of field and a magical winter atmosphere. the result is a fluid, almost fairytale-like visual that organically connects the world of toys with true christmas values.
